Climate
The Galapagos Islands have two main seasons mostly determined by the ocean currents. The warm/wet season, from January to June the air temperature is warm, the skies are usually clear with occasional heavy showers. The second season, from June to December is characterized by a light rain, which is referred to as garúa. The air temperature is cooler, the skies are often lightly overcast or cloudy.

Can I add other tours to my Galapagos Islands cruise?

Which documents do I need?
All visitors must travel to the Galapagos Islands with a valid passport (at least 6 months) and acquire the Galapagos Transit Control Card at the airports in Quito or Guayaquil.

Do I need to bring snorkeling gear?
You can bring your own snorkeling equipment (mask, tube and fins) or you can rent this equipment on board at reasonable price.

What is the baggage limit?
For flights to/from Galapagos baggage is allowed up to 20kg/44lbs and for hand luggage 15Kg/7lbs. Excess baggage has approximately a $4 charged per extra kilo.

Can I recharge my camera?
Yes, you can recharge your camera. All cabins have 110V and at the lounge 220V.
